Description:
Provide data analytical insights so that business can find issues or identify opportunities
Lead the MIS reporting by building prototype dashboards and use lean-startup approach to continuously improve dashboards and their metrics so that management team can use the data to make business decisions
Act as the bridge between BI team, Technology team and the business by translating technical languages to ensure clear communications between the teams
Gather clear and detailed business requirements from business for the BI Solution team so that the BI team can design the right solution and dashboards to meet business objectives
Lead BI Solution related communications, trainings, and support as part of change management to ensure the solutions and dashboards are correctly adopted
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences;
Experience with data analytics and knowledgeable in data science
Strong communication skills with different stakeholders
Strong experience in requirements gathering
Data extraction using SQL
Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools
Working with data, data structures and transforming/reshaping the data set
Process mapping knowledge
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Strong knowledge with Tableau
Strong knowledge in requirement gathering process
Strong knowledge in data analytics (data sensitive)
Strong in Excel
Knowledgeable in SQL and Oracle SQL
Best to have knowledge in process mapping
