Data Analyst - Developer

Opportunity to work for a leading Melbourne institution as a Data Analyst/ Developer on their multi-year Program of work introducing and consolidating CRM systems into Salesforce.



Key accountabilities:

• Assist in ensuring alignment of Salesforce solution technical designs with a focus on delivery and innovation.
• Assist in providing the most appropriate environments and designs to enable speed to value and business agility.
• Assist in driving and documenting key technical and migration design decisions.
• Engage and assist in developing a data migration approach in collaboration with the rest of the data migration team
• Assist as required in data migration analysis workshops Advise on the best use of the data migration platform, discourage unnecessary customisation and minimises technical debt.
• Communicate data quality issues and assist in addressing quality issues proactively.

Key skills and experience:

• Experience as a Data Analyst/ Developer, enterprise-level, 3 years’ experience or more.
• AWS Glue, AWS data storage or Oracle or Salesforce experience - preferred
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to source, clean, prepare and analyse data
• Experience in large scale data migration/s
• Experience across multiple database platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Prioritisation and multi tasking capabilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team of data analysts and leads and navigate ambiguities through asking the right questions
• Agile/Scrum experience – an advantage
