About The Role
Solve SQL queries, broader engineering and automation aspects ensuring environment is run well by leveraging Postgres on Amazon RDS. Help grow the development team with database application engineering skills (PostGres) with depth and strength in database design, optimisation for performance and hardening for security
So how do I know this is for me?
- 5+ years of experience including data modelling, have solid understanding of normalised forms, realised with strong design and development of stored procedures, views and triggers
- Experience/willingness to learn Kubernetes with cloud native tooling
- Be able to contribute beyond the database and highly desire skills including broader backend (Python and/or NodeJS) development
