Data Engineer Up to £60k- £70k + Bonus, Generous Training Budget & Fantastic Benefits Plenty of flexibility to work remotely (1 day every fortnight in the office) Leading Birmingham based business are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer to join the Data Centre of Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to gain personal development and become Azure Certified. Role:

• 50% of the role is development focused
• The other 50% isBAU focused, managing a small change process, leading the technical engineering operational function, carrying out maintenance and support of theDCOE information services including managing the team who provide these services o Ensuring any incidents or issues are proactively managed and clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders o Designing, owning and implementing standards for monitoring and error handling in the design of the ETL and other ingestion services Experience/ Skills:
• ETL/ ETL, SQL, T-SQL skills
• Experience of designing and implementing data solutions on Azure (ideally Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Lake Storage
• Data Modelling experience including designing transactional databases and data warehouses
• Expertise in developing data solutions establishing enterprise data warehouses and other complex data service platforms especially in a cloud environment Please get in touch for more details -
