About the team

The intelligent processes organization will make SAP S/4HANA the first AI-enabled ERP solution in the market leveraging AI technologies. It brings together development and customers in a Co-innovation Engagement.

You will join the newly founded intelligent ERP Center of Excellence, consisting of developers, architects, and data scientists, produces tangible prototypes and concepts for these high-priority inquiries.

The Role

Being a strong member of a technology savvy, agile and innovative team, you will be responsible for evaluating cutting-edge AI topics and AI trends against future enterprise business use cases. Furthermore, you will be implementing next generation machine learning prototypes for our customers.

As a data scientist in these co-innovation engagements, you will help some of the largest enterprises in the world to take their processes to the next level - be it in data-driven business insights, intelligent automation or great user experience of an adaptive business software. This is an ideal role for a focused and ambitious individual who can work in a highly flexible environment.

Role Requirements

• Degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science or another related field, holding a PhD is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of data mining and machine learning concepts to create valuable insights from structured and unstructured data
• Programming skills in Python, using state-of-the-art ML libraries
• Fluent German and English in speaking and writing is mandatory.

Moreover, the ideal candidate for this position is an open-minded, curious person and continuous learner with strong team working skills.
