The ideal candidate will work remotely.
Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. This location is involved and committed to giving back to the community multiple times throughout the year through our Kerry Employee Engagement Program volunteering with various organizations.
What you'll do
Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources to maintain and create reports
- Map Business Processes, identify gaps, listen to ideas, prioritize projects and lead to resolutions.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and new ways of working to streamline business processes
- Support initiatives for data integrity and accuracy
- Test and support implementation of new or upgraded software
- Test and support implementation of updates to the data model
- Troubleshoot the reporting database environment to pinpoint data and reporting issues
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards
- Collaborate and present process improvement initiatives to various levels within the organization
What you'll need to be successful
BS in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Technical knowledge of data models and database design
- Intermediate experience with Power BI preferred
- Strong knowledge of querying languages (SQL, M) and knowledge of DAX preferred
- Ability to write comprehensive reports with a clear message
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and then create clear and understandable solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An analytical mind with an inclination for problem-solving in order to gain meaning from large data sets
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving
- Good analytical and computerized skills
- Good knowledge of key tools and systems
- Good understanding of business needs
- Advanced in influencing others and navigating through a matrix organization
