Data Analyst – CRM /Loyalty Program

Job description

Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong. They are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their analytic team. As a CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to provide practical insights that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, optimize CRM processes, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to improve customer engagement. This position will start with a 12 month contract with a high possibility of renewal.

Key Contributions:

  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for CRM initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and work with IT teams to implement changes.
  • Conduct data cleansing and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve data discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Perform segmentation and profiling of customer data to support targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM analytics and data management.

Core Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in data
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python and Tableau; hands on experience on cloud data platforms is highly preferred
  • Fluent language in both Cantonese and English
