Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data analysis projects that align with business goals.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to create structured datasets for analysis.
• Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis best practices and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on delivering impactful insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or guiding junior analysts.
