Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various AI and machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define AI/ML project requirements.
• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Work with large datasets and explore data to extract valuable insights.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay current with AI/ML research and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and data science.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
