Responsibilities
Be the driving force behind our accounts payable system, ensuring accurate coding, efficient processing, and timely payments by collaborating with our corporate AP team.
Engage with external vendors to ensure the smooth submission of invoices and maintain strong relationships.
Communicate with our field operators, providing guidance on proper AP processes and confirming payments to facilitate seamless operations.
Take ownership of all expense-related documentation and tracking to ensure accurate financial records.
Support data management and generate invoices for various funding sources, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
Provide necessary resources to our Operations team, helping them meet their business needs effectively.
Analyze revenue and expense systems and communicate findings to operators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Evaluate employee productivity and develop internal processes to enhance labor efficiency and streamline operations.
Assist in customer-facing operations and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service.
Handle report requests and perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with IT/HRIS teams as needed to fulfill reporting requirements and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Conduct research and promptly respond to operational and financial inquiries within established turnaround times.
Take on special projects and additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in financial management, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
Proficiency in working with database and information systems software.
Strong data analysis skills, allowing you to draw meaningful insights and make informed recommendations.
Proactive and self-motivated with exceptional leadership abilities, able to tackle complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and data analysis.
