We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Data Analyst with Executive Assistant skills at Anderson Auto Group. This unique position combines the analytical acumen of a Data Analyst with the organizational prowess and attention to detail of an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, generating insights, and providing comprehensive support to executives, ensuring efficient operations and informed decision-making.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.
- Makes recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or staffing changes based on assessments of current practices; communicates these recommendations to executives or other appropriate senior staff.
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and follow-up notes.
- Prepares and provides documentation and/or training materials as needed to facilitate implementation of suggested changes.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects by maintaining project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate between departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assist in creating project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or others.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
