To ensure that we provide a service to our customers that is right ‘First Time, Every Time, On Time’ we are focusing on a customer centric data revolution. This means our goal is to become an insight enabled organisation, through data-driven transformation. We want to empower our people through dedicated data literacy programmes, all underpinned by high quality analytics & data management using the latest data technology and innovative delivery methods. Using analytical excellence and statistical methods, you mine through data to identify opportunities for the business and our customers to operate more efficiently, from providing analytical insights to our Communication Providers to supporting our Network Engineers with analytical insights to optimise the way we service our customers.
As a Data Scientist, you do more than just crunch the numbers. You get the opportunity to have an impact on the whole of Service Delivery, such as UK Operations, Network Investment & Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Services. You get to work with all our departments and our key Communication Providers to adjust our practices according to your findings. Identifying the problem is only half the job; you also get to figure out the solution.
