The position of Pricing Market Data Analyst will report to Pricing Supervisor and based in Leuven. You will take up the challenge for the Compressed Air Filtration/Product Filtration business for the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the Sales teams and Management to ensure further development of profitable business in accordance with company operating policies
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a new pricing infrastructure in our Compressed Air Filtration/Product Filtration business
  • Develops pricing procedures and provide input into establishment of pricing policy
  • Preparing and monitoring the yearly price reviews
  • Plan, control, steer, coordinate and execute investigative work and price analysis to set prices , as per Donaldson brand positioning
  • Responsible for identifying price inconsistencies within EMEA and come up with countermeasures (proactive & reactive conflict solving, pricing alert, product life cycles)
  • Responsible for centralization of pricing intelligence of the whole EMEA region in order to competitively position Donaldson products

Your profile :

As a Pricing Analyst you are able to work in an accurate and efficient way with attention to detail.

Key attributes will be: Master in Statistics/Finance/Economics or equivalent through experience.

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in pricing analysis or similar data analyst role
  • Strong in data admin, analytical skills and complex problem solving with mathematical aptitude
  • Fluent with MS Office, Database Management & ICT systems. Knowledge of Oracle R12 and BI is considered as an asset
  • You are a self-starter, eager to come up with recommendations, well organized and a team player
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Other language skills are an advantage
