Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business issues and translate these into technical needs
• Creating simple and maintainable dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate the findings to business users
• Partner with our data science teams to make sure our work is consistent according to business needs
• Monitor usage & results of our algorithms
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with deployment team to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Actively contribute to Data culture community

Other technical abilities:

• Experience in data analysis (illustrative)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to presentation, detail and accuracy
• Proven experience on building reporting database
• Strong capacity to develop consistent & clear analysis
• Familiarity with a broad base of analytics tools (illustrative)
• Good knowledge of cloud computing. Knowing MS Azure is a plus
• Languages programming: SQL, Excel
• Data Visualisation: PowerBI
• Project management & support: JIRA projects & service desk, Trello, Confluence, Sharepoint

• Internal stakeholders: IT data scientist, Software Engineer, IT Platform lead, Project managers, experts

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data or business analyst
• Service-oriented, flexible & team player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to understand business needs
• Push innovative solutions
