This will be a hybrid role that includes 3 days on-site minimum weekly
Responsibilities Will Include
Working with Data Analysts and Architects on reconciliation and reporting
Comparing results of data sources and runs to identify areas of optimization and/or discrepancies
Analyzing large volume of data and be able to synthesize into business recommendations on improving field experience
Manually reviewing and verifying books and records data, including scanned documents for missing data
Data entry/input
Working with Financial Advisors and Support staff to collect data
Augmenting testing requirement to ensure field-facing functionality is working as expected
Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Access including Tables, Charts, Pivots
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- Previous financial services platform & brokerage industry knowledge
- Data Analysis skills
