You'll get to use your extensive technical experience to help in all areas of development, maintenance, support and integration of their developing data systems. In this role you'll grow the capabilities of their platform, working in a team of likeminded individuals across the team to make project goals a reality. Responsibilities:

• Aid in the scalability, security and repeatability of data pipelines
• Develop proof of concepts for different solutions
• Enable real-time big data analytical solutions
• Grow the capabilities of the data platform
• Maintaining the infrastructure that provides insight from raw data and handles diverse sources of data seamlessly
• Assist with the development and implementation of always online database systems
• Participating in building and testing business continuity and disaster recovery procedures as per requirements
• A lot more exciting stuff!

Requirements:

• SQL, ETL and SSIS
• Proficiency in a database scripting language (Python, etc)
• Good understanding of database design principles
• Experience in the design of data pipelines
• Desire to learn new skills
• Ideally cloud systems but this something they can train.
