As the industry evolves, we understand the growing importance of data analysis and reporting in showcasing the return on investment (ROI) for our clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team and support our efforts in delivering insightful reports and analyses that demonstrate the value of our gaming experiences to our brand partners.

About The Position

Measurement & Evaluation

• Adopting a data-led approach, draw out key insights on what is and isn’t working for the brand activations.
• Pull out key points of comparisons with our clients’ competitors' activations and identify where we can help them improve and ‘win’ in the space.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making for both internal stakeholders and brand partners.
• Develop Excel-based dashboards and reports to present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.
• Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, project managers, and game designers, to gather insights and align reporting efforts with overall project goals.

Client Projects

• Assist the team by putting together strategic responses to new and existing client briefs and consulting projects
• Provide assistance and input for the development of brand, metaverse and gaming strategy workshops to evolve client thinking, and to help them land on business and campaign goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continually enhance your knowledge of the gaming industry

Thought leadership & Agency promotion

• Help to promote yourself and the agency by producing content, appearing on panels etc.
• Help grow Doppelgänger with new business development, assisting in prospecting, contacting and pitching new business opportunities.

Starting date: Now, permanent contract after 6 months probationary period

Reporting to: TBD

Location: working 100% remote from home in the UK, Sweden, or Portugal - Discord and Slack are your best friends.

Work time: Full-time, company time zone CET.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Data Science, or Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Someone with a passion for creativity, culture, brands, and problem solving.
• Someone with a strong passion for gaming who is familiar with industry trends and best practices.
• Someone who has the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights from complex information.
• Someone who can build and deliver compelling presentations.
• Someone who is enthusiastic, humble and doesn’t take life too seriously.
