POSITION

DHL Express Italy, leader in the world in transportation and logistics and part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, offers an internship opportunity in its Italian Head Quarter in Peschiera Borromeo (MI) – Innovation Campus. The resource will work in the General Management Direction and will be in Customer Experience area.

YOUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

• Acquiring skills in Customer Experience sector of an international company
• Acquiring knowledge on how application of Customer Experience progrmas can support business goals
• Acquiring knowledge on developing relational skills in an international environment

YOUR TASKS

The intern will have the chance to manage the following activities:

• Support to Customer Experience and Net Promoter Approach activities
• Develop and implementation of data set, new analysis and strategies to optimize efficiency and statistics quality
• Elaborate analysis of data using query instruments and specific reporting methods
• Elaborate raw data transforming them in useful visual information such as dashboard

PROFILE

• Degree in scientific sector
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good knolwedge of Office and in particular Excel and Access
• Knowledge of Database Management software (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos)

• Good analysis capacity
• Good managing of numbers and visual exposure (dashboard for presentations)
• Customer oriented
• Organization and planning skills
• Comunication skills
• Autonomy and initiative
