The Reporting Data Analyst reports to the Head of Reporting & Analytics which is part of Operations. In this role is responsible to build and maintain reports and analytics products leveraging a broad set of customer, user, and business data.
These products are consumed by our customers and partners and a variety of stakeholders across the LiveWell business.
As a senior expert you will collaboratively support and coach junior colleagues without formal leadership responsibilities.
What you will do
- Create enterprise-wide viewpoints on data and insights
- Frame, problem solve and develop analyses to support strategic executive decisions
- Work on a consistent approach to measuring metrics / KPIs across the business
- Maintain existing report and analytics products using existing tool chain (SAP HANA data platform, various external data sources, SQL, Power BI)
- Create new data analysis and insights leveraging SAP Data Intelligence, Python, visualization through Power BI and data stories
- Collaborate with IT colleagues on functional aspects related to the data platform, data sourcing and transformation (ETL) to build data foundation
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team including Product, Operations, IT to optimize and automate reporting and analytics products
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists on AI/ML opportunities to drive, automate and mature the LiveWell business
- Implement and maintain master data management approaches, principles and processes
- Support Data Steward in assessing data quality through completeness and consistency reports and identification of anomalies
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of data governance approaches, principles and processes
- Support in definition and application of data quality principles, methods, and processes
What you bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in data, reporting and analytics roles with proven track record of delivering impactful results
- Background in digital products and Health / Wellbeing is a plus
- Customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in meeting customer needs
- Ability to present complex information in a simple and engaging way, whilst making insightful recommendations
- Self-starter mindset to proactively identify opportunities and tackle them
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders from different departments, backgrounds across the globe
- Clear passion for Health and Wellbeing services that improve people’s lives, longevity, and health
- Understanding of the evolving landscape and future needs within Health and Wellbeing services and digitalization
- Encourages creativity and entrepreneurship and sizes opportunities to innovate and create value
