The Project Specialist, will coordinate with teams to ensure that field services and projects are delivered on schedule. This person will manage project related logistics, actively monitor project risks, proactively identify mitigations, and communicate document project status to program managers, project managers, and clients to ensure that projects are executed according to plan.
What You Will Do
Drive project schedules with specific attention to detail to customer needs/expectations and communicating project status to all key stakeholders.
Help manage the day-to-day relationship with customers and deliverables to customer timelines (message key milestones and schedules internally and externally).
Coordinate and support delivery and deployment.
Stay cognizant of on-site resources and service procedures as required/defined by customers.
Manage and coordinate resolution of customer operational issues by ensuring the right functional and technical experts are engaged and helping track/communicate progress as necessary.
Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management.
Create and validate periodic internal and external reports
Create, maintain and improve internal and external operational work instructions, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documents.
Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiencies
Resolve escalations through effective tracking of customer and company challenges, risks, and issues; gather key stakeholders and subject matter experts to review the escalation, identify resolution path, and see successful execution of resolution.
Provide administrative support with internal and external customers, and cross-functional team, as needed.
Provide reporting as required by cross-functional teams and customer
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to team members.

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations by facilitating project focus to keep projects on schedule
Experience with IT Service Management and project-based operating environments
Good understanding of Project Planning Principals
Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to resolve complex problems, drive for results, innovate and think strategically
Additional languages including Spanish is an added bonus, but not required
3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, and/or project management required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
