You are responsible for:
- Design, realization and operation of end2end data solutions in the data platform - from massive data pipelines to high-impact data products.
- Support domain experts in the use of data and new cutting-edge approaches.
- Improve and extend our modern data stack architecture to keep up with growing requirements.

As a data engineer, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and deliver high-quality solutions within functional, architectural, and time constraints. You will be a proactive team player, constantly looking to support your fellow team and project members. In addition, our ideal candidate should also possess the following skills and qualification.
- A Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or related STEM field (or proven experience in this area on similar level).
- Extensive knowledge in SQL, Python and dbt as well as experience with OLAP database systems
- Professional experience in the field of data engineering and implementing ETL/ELT solutions.
- Experience with Data Analysis/BI and creating value from data is a bonus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- German & English communication and collaboration skills, as the role requires working with colleagues in different locations.
- Experience with Airflow, ClickHouse, Trino/Starburst and Kafka is a plus.
