We help operators (restaurants, hotels, casinos, healthcare facilities, etc.) succeed by helping them save money on the products and services they purchase every day. Operator clients take advantage of our contracts with top manufacturers of products ranging from chicken fingers to garbage bags.

We rely heavily on our proprietary technology to deliver exclusive contracts, supply chain consulting and data services to all of our partners and clients. This position can be office or remotely based. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Receive, process and validate revenue and rebate information received from suppliers
• Troubleshoot and handle high level inquiries and requests from across brands and departments
• Produce, verify and distribute Supplier Volume Reports to internal management and staff
• Communicate with suppliers on data issues
• Hold maintenance responsibilities on Salesforce and DA Database reporting systems
• Communicate with internal employees and executive management
• Review Supplier reporting for accuracy, completeness and adherence to signed agreements.
• Resolve reporting errors and non-compliance issues with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers getting initial reporting set up, programming ETL processing and setting up initial Supplier Volume reporting.

Requirements:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 plus years’ experience working with large data sets including gathering, interpreting and disseminating information
• Experience working within the Salesforce.com environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Key Competencies:

• Good problem-solving skills
• Business analysis skills
• Raw data file processing skills
• Higher than average Excel skills and experience working with CSV and TXT files
• Good communication skills with all of levels of the business
• Understanding of food service related business skills

“Nice to have”:

• Food Service experience preferred
