Risk Adjustment Data Analyst, Full-Time, Remote

Hueman is hiring a full-time Data Analyst to support our Risk Adjustment Business. This is a remote opportunity available to experienced Risk Adjustment Data Analysts across the US. Previous Risk Adjustment experience is required for this role.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BA/BS or comparable experience in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
• Experience in data mining, mapping, analysis, transforming, cleaning, manipulating and reporting
• Experience in Microsoft SQL queries, including ability to write complex queries to process and view data
• 3+ years experience in Healthcare Data Analysis
• 3+ years experience in Risk Adjustment
• Client/Executive facing experience preferred

In this role, Risk Adjustment Data Analysts will have the opportunity to impact the business by ensuring data accuracy, producing data mapping documentation, presenting findings to stakeholders, providing guidance to the Data Operation Department, and supporting internal teams and/or customers. A qualified candidate will be able to lead these efforts from any geographic location in the United States.
