Essential Functions
Data Connections & File Feeds:
Set up and maintain data sources, including custom file feeds.
Troubleshoot connection and/or feed issues.
Map and normalize data aligning with iFrog marketing campaigns.
Maintain permissions to technology partners.
Google Tag Manager
Account creation and maintenance.
Tag implementation for onsite events, behavior tracking, and conversions.
UTM parameters and pixel placement/validation.
Website And Conversation Management
Create and maintain on-site conversions.
Google Tag Manager account creation and tag implementation.
Dashboarding
Build and maintain both standard and customized reports.
Create new templates.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Schedule and conduct partner deep dive sessions.
Participate in partner meetings to communicate digital media performance.
Align KPI performance with partner objectives.
Effectively communicate technical results to non-technical groups.
Additional Responsibilities
Ability to work from an iFrog office hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Cross-train and share knowledge with team members.
Support team members through knowledge transfer, mentorship, and guidance.
Upskill by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and networking.
Stay current with iFrog required training and certifications.
Participate in the hiring process as needed.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
Required Education, Skills, Experience
Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Work Equivalent (math, analytics, or similar focus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2-3 years of professional experience.
2-3 years working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager.
2-3 years working with Google Data Studio.
2-3 years working with a data aggregation/data tool (e.g., Funnel.IO, Looker).
Onsite/Remote
Local Easton, MD area applicants will be prioritized over remote (out-of-state) applicants.
Travel
Infrequent, planned in advance.
