As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in generating insightful analyses, reports, and dashboards that contribute to improving the quality of care we provide to our community.

What You'll Do

Explore & Unleash Insights: Dive into varied and complex datasets, compile, clean, and analyze them to unearth meaningful insights that shape our strategic decisions.

Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize your expertise in SQL, MS Excel, Python, R, Tableau, and other BI tools to build customized reports and interactive dashboards for different departments, enabling them to make informed choices.

Visualize the Story: Create visually compelling data visualizations that present information in a clear and concise manner, allowing stakeholders to easily grasp valuable insights.

Automate & Innovate: Collaborate with our IT department to automate data flows, ensuring dashboards are updated in real-time and easily accessible to stakeholders.

Understand & Serve: Work closely with all levels of business users to understand their reporting needs, fostering the use of data and reporting to achieve quality objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously improving your data analysis skills, exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance our analytical capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Passionate Minds: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Minimum Statistics, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience. We value passion and eagerness to learn and grow.

Data Wizardry: 1-2 years' experience in business intelligence and analytics, showcasing your proficiency in data analysis and report/dashboard development. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
