Working for the CDIO Transformation Office, we are looking for a Data Analyst to help us:



  • maintain and upgrade our data dashboards and reports, gathering data from diverse sources including through APIs
  • identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate our processes and analytics
  • collect and organize information for monitoring and reviews within the Certified Engineers program
  • leverage technologies to support our engineering excellence initiatives
  • engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
  • provide general administrative support to the team


Your team


You will be working for the CDIO Transformation Office, focusing on the Distinguished Engineers framework, Certified Engineers program, and additional engineering excellence initiatives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and network with engineers from across CDIO functions and regions. As an analyst, you will play a key role in supporting culture change in CDIO.


Your expertise



  • a university degree in an analytical field, such as engineering, computer science/ information technology or finance
  • hands-on experience with data analysis and data visualization
  • a background and understanding of common reporting tools and disciplines (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
  • Programming skills (e.g. Python)
  • awareness of user experience and design principles
  • a proactive, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to your work
  • motivation and the ability to work independently and apply own initiative
  • strong communication skills
  • fluency in English
