Job description

In your new role you will:

Manage roadmap Governance, from Application to Product and IP
Carry out stakeholder management and conduct & facilitate workshops
Govern process, check quality, feedback and provide results to top management
Harmonize creation and commercialization perspective between R&D and Marketing
Execute projects
Drive innovation deployments
Accomplish data analytics deployments

Your Profile

If you are able to recognize potential obstacles in time and use them as good opportunity for further improvement, this role fits you great! You can demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Concentrate your creativity and knowledge on producing results with real added value.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in Industrial engineering, Electrotechnics, Computer science or similar areas
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience in process definitions and deployment
Experience with top management involvement
All-rounder combining R&D and marketing perspective
Technical understanding of semiconductors a clear plus
Excellent English communication skills and German optional
