- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 12+ years' experience in using core analytics methods, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Simulation, and Optimization.
- Prototype and demonstrate solutions for clients in customer environments
- Explain model behavior/results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- Excellent communication and client facing skills is a must, with good business acumen and hands-on coding experience.
- Experience with working for clients in Pharma, healthcare or Retail/Client industry is preferred.
- Experience in delivering data-science projects including deploying in cloud platforms, especially using GCP cloud platform is a plus.
