Job Requirements:

  • Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dash boarding for operations.
  • Own dashboards at the team level.
  • Knowledge of payroll, taxation, salary management, Tds, etc.
  • Prepare quarterly/monthly reports.
  • Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Coordinate between Operations, Policy, Training, and Quality functions
  • Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas) and PowerPoint is required.
  • Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros,Micros, Pivot table, V lookup, H Lookup etc.
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel w.r.t MIS Reporting, Pivot tables, H lookup, V lookup, Formulas, data entry, maintaining excel sheets.
  • Knowledge of Google sheets and Google tools would be added advantage.
  • Good / Quick Learner
  • Expert in Excel - V lookup, H lookup/ data validation, advance formulas, sorting, duplicates / conditional formatting/ co national formulas/ pivot table / report presentation tools - Excel / Google sheet

Minimum Graduate
