About the role:
Reporting to the Organisational Capability Manager and working closely with the project team, we are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to complete a full data cleanse and audit on the current Chris21 Payroll database of structural and position management information.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Set up and identify systems and procedures to effectively complete a data cleanse of payroll database of approx. 4200 profiles
- Evaluate, maintain and ensure P&C data collection and validation is a smooth and consistent process
- Build a data quality and review plan for ongoing maintenance of quality and accuracy of data for point of entry improvement
- Report on data errors and trends and provide recommendations to maximise data integrity
- Delivery of accurate data information to support integration with other HRIS applications
- Extensive data analytics/mapping and HRIS experience working in a medium to large operational business environment
- Detailed knowledge and experience with Chris21 payroll system
- Advanced level experience in MS Excel application
- Database application experience
We are looking for a technically savvy reporting analyst who has some experience using Chris21 in a People and Culture role to start as soon as possible. The position is on a fixed term contract for 3 months with opportunity to extend.
