Data Analyst (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service experience
• Answer customer calls and online chat inquiries
• Assist customers with creating accounts and resetting passwords
• Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options
• Find creative solutions to any consumer problems that arise
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
• Demonstrate corporate values on a consistent basis
• Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
• Input customer information into a database
• Complete various administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must have own equipment for training
• Availability to work shifts ranging from Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm EST
• Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications are dependent upon passing required exams
