Company Description:

A global Biotechnology company based in Berlin are looking to hire an expert in Data Science and Multi-omics data, in particular, Metabolomics data. This company is dedicated to utilizing AI and Data Science to transform clinical, genetic, and biochemical data into medical solutions for patients. You will be joining a highly skilled team within the AI department. You will be implementing Machine Learning and Data Science to help build a system to map data onto pathways for building and optimizing drugs for specific diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Integration of the Multi-omics data into meaningful conclusions through the use of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science
• Applying and optimizing existing algorithms and replicating ones from research papers to build a better understanding of the data
• Mapping of data onto molecular pathways to understand changes in genetic data

Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• A background in Life Sciences or a similar Pharmaceuticals/Bioscientific field
• A PhD or Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a similar Biological field
• Professional experience in the entire life cycle of software development with documentation
• An understanding of multi-omics data, bioinformatics and Life Sciences in general
