Join their rapidly growing and international Digital Hub in Madrid to become part of their digitalization journey by supporting their AI Solutions team as a AI Data Scientist:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and support their data-driven use cases.
  • Deliver AI solutions that enable informed decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Identify business needs and translate them into software specifications, working with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and architects.
  • Execute data science projects, defining and evaluating use cases, developing algorithms, and effectively communicating results.
  • Plan solution implementations, choosing the right technologies and adapting the architecture as client needs evolve.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reproducible, and transparent, following best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in leveraging AI and Data Science.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, Data Science, and related technologies, applying them to enhance solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Analytics & AI Community at the company by sharing knowledge and insights.


Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in computer or data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of non-academic work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer or data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of non-academic work experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and R, with practical hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure or similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in transforming, optimizing, analyzing, and modeling real-world datasets using relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, Numpy).
  • Proven track record of implementing machine learning and AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Understanding of AI solution components, including MLOps, serving infrastructure, performance monitoring, and cost control in a cloud environment.
  • Excellent business and technical consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to explain quantitative topics to non-technical colleagues through storytelling.
