We are looking for a talented and motivated
Junior Data Analyst to help us build world class tech solutions to better serve our customers. As a Junior Data Analyst in our
UK Claims Team , you'll use data-driven insights to identify gaps in our claims procedures and to come up with new ideas to improve our operations.
We are open to evaluate candidate without any work experience as well.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Analysing the performance of our claim operations using a variety of tools such as SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets and Python.
- Helping design the strategy of the Claim department, using quantitative insights.
- Crafting insightful Tableau dashboards for monitoring purposes.
- Assisting senior management with quantitative analyses to analyse claim handling performance.
- Liaising with analysts from other departments to deliver complex data projects.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- An analytical and strategic mindset
- The ability and the drive to learn coding languages such as SQL and Python
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge about statistics.
- Bachelor degree.
Desirable Attributes
- Any previous experience as a Data Analyst is a plus.
- Master’'s degree or equivalent in STEM.
- Programming language skills in SQL or Python.
