Be able to understand complex requirements, come up with high quality solution to address the demand within Marker Risk and fully explore dependencies and implications on various components of introducing the change
Manage and 'own' significant pieces of project deliverables end-to-end from the initial demand, all the way to testing the agreed solution and delivering to production
Plan and co-ordinate activities across multiple functions such as Market Risk Control, Front Office, Quants and IT development & testing
Demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with sponsors and stakeholders across business and technology, in global locations, to ensure that requirements are understood, projects are delivered on-time and in line with client requirements
Pro-actively identify and call-out risks to project deliveries and communicate them to the stakeholders
