Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a senior analyst to perform advanced and independent analysis by segmenting our customer base while backing up the CI manager.
What you'll do:
- Deliver customer insights using behavioral, transactional, psychographic and demographic data to understand customer behavior and anticipate customer needs
- Develop listening points along the customer journeys (e.g., usage)
- Drive analysis of segmented engagement models for a large and diverse customer base
- Build and share tools (e.g., customer dashboards) to provide access to customer data throughout the business
- Create value for customers through higher product adoption, cross- and upsell by collecting, reporting on and analysing key metrics
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer analytics practice
What we're looking for:
- BS in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management or statistics
- +3 years experience as business, product or related field analytics
- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with R and ML frameworks is a plus
- Experience with some BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau)
- Fluency in English
