Job Description
Join our Commercial Customer Experience team in Gdansk and be responsible for developing our customer care platform central to delivering our quality promises to customers. You will make sure that our commercial organisation is empowered with data driven insights on their processes. You will be working on an exciting product roadmap and will be a key part in shaping our CRM product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for reporting and analytics
- Design Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to provide actionable insights and KPI monitoring
- Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources
- Implement ETL processes to consolidate data from various sources
- Design and develop transformations using data flows / recipes, generate reporting datasets and lenses
- Develop and maintain data models to support ongoing business intelligence and analytics needs
- Design data architecture that ensures efficient and secure data flow with integrated systems
- Perform technical review of requirements, analyse source data and provide analysis
- Optimise data model and application performance to ensure optimal user experience and responsiveness
- Optimise performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualisation
- Collaborate, coordinate, communicate and engage with the different product teams in the CRM domain and other integrated products
Qualifications
- University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience with data modeling and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes, tool integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in SQL - expertise in writing complex queries
- Familiarity with SAQL - building basic queries and modifying more complex ones
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Sales/Service cloud configuration, customisation, and integration is a plus
