Job Description

As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Food & Feed and Environment Testing Europe, you will join a growing international team. The IT Business Data Analyst will support the management of the IT Staff, Finance and Data Analytics of a large IT infrastructure organization of 250+ people operating in over 20 countries across Europe. In that capacity your primary responsibility is going to be to provide high-quality analytical solutions for IT Management regarding IT service and people’s performance.

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS:

  • As a business analyst, support the IT projects and teams and assist in their governance,
  • Develop and maintain central tools, dashboards and reports to be able to monitor, analyse and present on,
  • Operational performance such as IT KPIs and SLAs on like backlog, first call resolution, average handling time and quality,
  • Delivery performance, for example: expenditure and progress of IT projects, gap analysis,
  • oOur IT staff such as skill overview, development needs, training progress, individual and team performance.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILSS:

  • Good level of English,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Very good knowledge of at least some analytical tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Query, SQL,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills,
  • A high level of adaptability in order to accept change and reduce unnecessary delays and confusion,
  • Ability to present findings appropriately to different type of audiences,
  • Decent knowledge of SharePoint and PowerPoint,
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • Self-motivation,
  • Dynamic, proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility regarding priorities and data quality.
