The objective of this job position is to support the Second Brand team within Sunrise UPC with insightful reporting and actionable analyses. You will support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through insights and innovative approaches in order to extract information from mass data, organize it and present it. Consult our decision makers with valuable insights and be part in developing our future strategy.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Develop automated reporting for continuous monitoring, steering and improvement of business performances and processes
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Conduct analyses and build reports with google Studio and other tools (e.g. R, KNIME, Qlik, Boxi…)
- Consult and support the different departments with interpretation and explanation of results
What we look for in an applicant:
- Full academic qualification in economics, business arithmetic, mathematics, statistics or similar studies
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Business Analytics or Customer Intelligence
- Experience with relational data base / SQL knowledge, (Oracle / Teradata / MySQL)
- Ability to translate business needs / business questions into a data context and vice versa
- Ability to pre-process, clean and prepare data from various data sources for the purpose of analysis (e.g google analytics, campaign tool, MySQL DB…)
- Ability to work independently & take ownership
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (written and spoken) to effectively relate data to coworkers
- German - Nice to have
