The duties will include:
- Maintaining Vendor Master Data
- Resolving Vendor Master Data Queries
- Reviewing Payment Terms and vendor master configuration fields based on the request
- Managing bank data additional confirmation over phone and email
- Handling MDG change requests and keeping the queue basis TAT
- Investigating MDG – SAP4 Hana replication issue and resolve the issues
- MIS Management
We are looking for candidates with:
- Fluent English language
- 2+ years of experience in Vendor Master maintenance process
- Work experience in SAP preferably SAP Hana
- Good at basic accounting
- Handles all vendor correspondence via calls or email and should be capable to handle complex inquiries
