Healthcare Data Analyst

A Full Time Remote Position

Qsource is searching for a highly motivated and innovative Healthcare Data Analyst. This candidate will process and analyze data relating to healthcare performance and claims. The position requires the ability to analyze large data sets, perform editing and cleaning of the data, prepare analysis reports, and graphically present results for dissemination. Additional duties will be assisting in designing study protocols and statistical analysis plans, conducting literature searches/reviews, defining criteria for case selection and variable parameters, and performing sample size calculations.

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics or work experience in quantitative roles. Master's degree in preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• At least two years' experience with health care claims data, designing analytical plans, analyzing complex data sets and reporting results
• Strong working knowledge of statistics, and experience with statistical programming
• SAS, R, SQL or Python experience preferred
