We are seeking a Contract Analyst in Wausau, WI at Oakview Professional Building. This position can be performed at our offices or via our work-from-home format but must have the ability to come into the office when needed. The Contract Analyst is responsible for providing analytics and recommendations on reimbursement contracts at ANI. This position acts as a subject-matter expert in contract financial analysis and resource to ANI to provide recommendations on contract negotiation to meet organizational objectives in a consistent practice based on system guidelines. Job Specific Duties
  • Conducts, participates in and analyzes contract models.
  • Analyzes relevant data, information, and trends and makes recommendations.
  • Develops, analyzes, and prepares standard and non-standard payor financial models to support contract negotiations.
  • Develops model comparisons.
  • Compiles and submits data and reports as requested/required.
  • Provides detailed analysis of financial terms regarding payor negotiations to contract negotiators.
  • Administers, configures, and supports processes related to contract negotiation.
  • Acts as a resource to ANI on contract-related policies and practices.
  • Maintains effective working relationships with internal partners and external customers. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge or education normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting or data analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience data management and analysis.
  • Experience with complex systems preferred.
  • Critical thinking, verbal, written and public speaking competence.
  • Analytical and problem-solving, collaboration skills.
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt readily to a changing healthcare environment.
  • Ability to maintain organizational confidentiality. Hours: Full time, 80 hours per pay-period.
