Develop dashboards using HR and Payroll Data to analyse various trends and categories for a leading Tertiary Education organisation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics, Microsoft Excel, Finance & Payroll experience and flawless communication skills.

Key Responsibilities.
The Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Working with a broad audience of stakeholders and datasets to develop various BI dashboards
• Conduct and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with both business and technical stakeholders
• Extrapolate trends and information from HR & Payroll datasets
• Analyse results and present the findings
• Developing business requirements documents and other project artefacts

Key Requirements
The Business Data Analyst, you will have:

• 5 years’ plus in Business and Data Analysis
• Experience analysing Finance and Payroll Datasets
• Flawless communications skill, both written and verbal
