Develop dashboards using HR and Payroll Data to analyse various trends and categories for a leading Tertiary Education organisation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics, Microsoft Excel, Finance & Payroll experience and flawless communication skills.
Key Responsibilities.
The Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Working with a broad audience of stakeholders and datasets to develop various BI dashboards
- Conduct and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with both business and technical stakeholders
- Extrapolate trends and information from HR & Payroll datasets
- Analyse results and present the findings
- Developing business requirements documents and other project artefacts
Key Requirements
The Business Data Analyst, you will have:
- 5 years’ plus in Business and Data Analysis
- Experience analysing Finance and Payroll Datasets
- Flawless communications skill, both written and verbal
