Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Prologis seeks an (under)graduate-level intern passionate about data analytics and real estate to help us advance our internal reporting. This individual will work within the Strategic Capital team and have direct exposure to Fund Management.

During the 12 week project, you will be contributing to a specific initiative that will impact the business’ quarterly processes on a global scale.

What’s needed in order to do that:

• Demonstrated ability and interest in data analytics

• Learn to acquire data from Cloud sources

• Upgrade a recurring report by automating the data processes

• Create alternative ways to present a complicated set of real estate information

• Support the team’s digitalization efforts

• Communicate data insights through visualizations

Tell us if you’re ready .

• Current academic enrollment in an (under)graduate program

• Preferred majors: math, computer science, real estate, engineering or finance

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially with Excel

• Experience with Power Query, SQL and OData protocol, or willingness to learn

• Ability to work with remote teams, as necessary

• Solid communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity

• Creative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
