What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis plans.
- Identify opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data visualization techniques.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience in Visualization Tools like Power BI, Tableau etc. is highly desirable.
- Proficient in SQL and Experience in scripting languages e.g., Python is preferred.
- Expertise with On-prem and Cloud Databases (Google Big Query, SQL Server etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
- Experience in data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience on working with Agile methodology - Kanban or SCRUM.
