What is “VIE”?
The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals who can work in another country rather than their Hometown. So, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

In our Netherlands SE offices embedded in the ecommerce hub in Amsterdam.
What is the Position?
You will be Sustainability and Data Analyst with the partner program team and the offer data team; along with teams managing ecommerce relationships with distributors (Analytics team, offer data experts, creatives, operations).
You will lead the environmental data projects and proposed Sustainability Chapter in the offer data team of Factory C, and data analysis of offer experience to improve customer experience and content conversion.

Which missions will you lead?
- Accelerate the implementation of environmental data on our E1, E2, E3 platforms.
- Track and monitor performance of this data with ambition to increase conversion rate and show growth in Green Premium product selections.
- Partner with distributors to shape the overall sustainability priorities within our BoPP programs and influence distributors in their own sustainability journeys towards empowering the sustainable customer.
Education:
- Master’s in business or in Engineering
- Professional English spoken & written
- Excel
- 1-2 years’ experience in sustainability and data analysis (internship or apprenticeship)
- Autonomous
- Organized
- Analytic mind
- Quick learner
