Institutional Planning (IP) is a section within IPG. II is responsible for the generation of data and
information to support the planning and decision-making processes of the University.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Assist with survey design and compilation, survey dissemination and statistical analysis of survey
- Support and facilitate Institutional and College planning and monitoring processes.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual performance plans (APP) and reports, as required by
- Undertake/assist with any other planning functions as required.
The incumbent will report to the IP MANAGER.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
• Matric with Mathematics
- A Bachelor’s, B. Tech. or Post Graduate qualification with majors in Mathematics/Statistics/
Computer Science/Information Technology and other relevant subjects.
The Remuneration package offered includes benefits as per University fixed term conditions and will
be dependent on the qualification level of the successful applicant.
