The Role:
DailyPay is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data Team! The Data Analyst will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to drive business value for the company, while working collaboratively to empower internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success. This position will also enable client success through supporting the development of customer-facing data products and analytics.
The mission of the Data Team is critical for continuous development and success of our product, understanding the needs of our customers and partners, and maintaining DailyPay's leading role in the early wage access industry -- and the Data Analyst will be instrumental in helping to realize this vision for DailyPay.

Essential Criteria
- 2+ years SQL experience; strong SQL capability
- 2+ years Analytics and/or Data Science experience
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Looker or similar
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and ETL tools like Fivetran or Stitch is a plus
- Dbt experience is a plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strategic, creative thinker will be highly valued for this role
Nice to Haves:
- General understanding of accounting rules is a plus

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
