Job Description and Requirements

As the Talent Acquisition Data Analyst Intern, you’ll be part of a fast-paced Recruiting Operations team and play a central role in enhancing our ability to identify and attract talent by providing meaningful analytics. You will help develop a rhythm for our global TA reporting needs to ensure our business heads are able to stay updated and informed. You will be responsible for extracting and storytelling data in a compelling way that can help us identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Role:

  • Create standard global TA reports to consistently track metrics and performance of key operational activities
  • Deliver data-based dashboards and models so data can be visualized in a more robust manner
  • Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to recruiting and business leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary
  • Prepare reports from key recruitment systems; manipulate and analyze data to demonstrate operational effectiveness and need for process improvement
  • Assist with automating tasks and add efficiencies to traditional data processes
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc operational reporting and analysis of talent data from multiple systems, such as BrassRing, Success Factors, Visier
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Solid Excel understanding with the ability build dashboards for story telling
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and presenting data in a succinct and usable format for a variety of audiences
  • Proven experience and success using an analytics tool such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to manage and dissect multiple data sets and develop graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
  • Demonstrated ownership for deliverables and project analyst skills
  • A self-starter with a sense of urgency, curiosity and resourcefulness who can work autonomously in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, sensitive deadlines and contending priorities


  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related technical field
  • Experience in data analytics; preferably within HR talent acquisition
