Join us and create your own legacy. We are looking for a Field Data Analyst to be based on the east coast for our SCS eTools team. It is preferred that this individual should have a good working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulatory compliance requirements at client sites operated, maintained, and monitored by SCS employees. The individual will provide support to OM&M Field Technicians, review monitoring data, and prepare OM&M client reports. In conjunction with the preceding duties, the individual will maintain client data and documents in the SCS eTools database and assist in scheduling OM&M follow-up monitoring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquire, maintain, and implement knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency, rules and regulations
  • Provide quick and accurate customer support for SCSeTools
  • Data entry for site client reports
  • Database maintenance including the upload of documents as they are prepared
  • Provides technical assistance to SCS Staff and customers
  • Works with Project Managers in developing client relationships
  • Coordinate reporting with SCS Engineers to improve product quality and timeliness of reporting
  • Miscellaneous tasks as directed by the eTools Product Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in customer support.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines, positive outgoing personality, and the ability to interface well with employees, clients, regulatory staff, and vendors
  • Ability to read and understand Federal, State, and Local Regulations
